BNC Failed Connection


Not All the Windows Server or Linux that we can connecting with the world outside of there. Some of the port from some server on the internet may be on the block to prevent the entrance or exit the relationship, so it does not have the information out, or a port of entry that has been in close terserbut. connection may not be able to run smoothly because the port does not have to leave, so they could not start the connection, although portnya itself open to a running program.

BNC and PsyBNC can not connect, so the message appears:

Access to Exit As For Accessing Http port 80 with no cap on the / blocks but may be for IRCD port from 6666 until 7000 at the close.

May connect to the IRC can not connect is because port 6667 is block by admin of the server.
